Her practice focuses on the areas of energy and infrastructure project development, energy related tenders, negotiation and drafting of supply agreements (energy and gas), interconnection and transmission agreements, and regulatory matters of the Chilean electric industry, with a special focus on renewable energies.


  • American General Life Insurance Company and other foreign institutional investors on a USD412 million private offering by Inversiones Latin America Power, to refinance the existing financing of the San Juan and Totoral wind farms (with a combined capacity of 230 MWp).
  • S-Energy on the review and due diligence of a portfolio of five solar PMGD projects (Diego de Almagro, Jahuel, Laurel, El Sauce and El Roble), their acquisition and construction.
  • San Juan (Latin American Power) on the execution of Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) with Metro, a state-owned company that operates Santiago’s subway. As of 2018, 60% of Metro’s energy consumption will be supplied by non-conventional renewable energies.
  • Codelco on the international tender process, awarding and negotiation of the resulting contracts, for the supply of liquid fuels to its eight operative divisions along the country during the 2015-2020 term, for an estimated annual amount of USD450 million.
  • Codelco on the negotiation of a gas purchase and sale agreement with Endesa and partial assignment of Codelco’s rights in the TUA with GNL Mejillones to Endesa for approx. USD45 million.
  • Latin America Power on the "SIC 213/03-2°" bidding process, and successful awarding of 504GWh/year to supply energy to the distribution companies. This was the first process that allowed offers in an hourly basis, facilitating the participation of non-conventional renewable energies.
  • SunEdison on the negotiation of the PPA, interconnection agreement and related contracts with CAP to connect a PV solar power project of 100MW of installed capacity, the largest photovoltaic plant in Latin America.
  • LKS Energía on a PPA and related contracts with the European Organisation for Astronomical Research in the Southern Hemisphere (ESO) in order to provide solar energy for the astronomical observatory La Silla through two photovoltaic plants.
